OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANISATION

• To promote good health and hygiene amongst girls and the female gender as a whole.
• To raise the awareness of sexual education and literacy amongst young girls and women.
• To promote awareness regarding mental health education for the female gender.
• To encourage Godly parenting amongst mothers and their children.
• To promote Godly marriage in the lives of women.
• To promote mentorship session for all females involved.

A person shall qualify for membership if;

1. He/she has deep passion for the service.
2. He/she supports the Vision and Mission of Vertopia Foundation
3. He/she is creative and teachable.
4. He/she has a good conduct.
5. He/she is a minimum of 18 years of age

UNITS IN VERTOPIA FOUNDATION

1. Contents/Media Unit

• In charge of following up on interviews and transcribing
• Responsible for collating, editing, and previewing articles for the priceless magazine
• Responsible for providing content and providing publicity for all Vertopia Foundation events.
• Coordinate photoshoot for magazine and other articles
• Co-manage the social media handles of Vertopia
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly content for posting online
• Responsible for all Vertopia Foundation Corporate Communications

2. Welfare

• Responsible for providing refreshment budget and refreshment for all meetings and programs
• Responsible for keeping record and reaching out to members during birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and all special celebrations
• Responsible for following up with participants after each program
• Responsible for the general welfare of Vertopia Foundation members

3. Programs Unit

• Develop projects
• Assign roles during projects
• Develop project budget
• Develop report at the end of each project
• Keeps record of all participants at programs

Project focus: Health, Education, Donations to the less privileged, Evangelism

4. Sponsorship Unit

• Identify all potential sponsors or partners for the Foundation
• Develop a database for all new sponsors and past sponsors
• Work with Media team to follow up with sponsors from time to time including festive seasons
• Work with the Content unit to draft proposals for sponsors
• Develop fund raising strategies for programs
